Garage Rotterdam is a new, medium-sized exhibition centre for contemporary art in the city centre of Rotterdam. Five thematic exhibitions will be held here yearly. Additional events such as lectures, performances and concerts will be organised to complement the exhibitions in Garage Rotterdam.

The building

A former Volkswagen garage is now the home of Garage Rotterdam. In 2011 this garage was transformed into an exhibition centre and coffee corner designed by architect Remy Meijers.

  • Hours

    Wednesdays to Sundays, 12.30 to 17.30 hrs. Garage Rotterdam will be closed on public holidays and at times when exhibitions are being constructed or deconstructed.

  • Entrance price

    € 2,-
    Up to July 1st this includes coffee, tea or a soft drink.
    Different admission prices may apply in case of special events.
